The project list is updated automatically whenever new files are added to the project. However, sometimes you may need to update the list manually. To do so, execute Project | Scan new files.
If you have the problem with the <All Documents> display, first switch to a specific project (or open it from the Project tab). After you see all the expected files for the project, you should see it on the <All Documents> display as well.
