Repository Level Conversion Parameters
Projects for which the conversion parameters were not specifically set, automatically inherit the repository conversion parameters. To set repository default conversion parameters:
| 1. | Select a repository and open the Conversion Parameters dialog from the repository menu. The Conversion target textbox is disabled. For details on other fields, see below.

| 2. | Make the required changes and click OK.

Project Level Conversion Parameters
When a conversion project is added to a repository, it is given a default conversion target in the TFS. This target location is basically the project name appended to the repository mapping, as explained in the Destination Mapping section.
You may change the default conversion target of a project by specifying an alternative TFS location. The conversion target must be a sub folder of a TFS project. If the sub folder does not exist, CS-Converter will create it in the TFS.
To change the Conversion target, do the following:
| 1. | Select a project and open the Conversion Parameters dialog from the project menu.

| 2. | On the Conversion Parameters dialog click the  button.
|
| 3. | From the Select TFS Project dialog, select a TFS folder and click OK.
|
| 4. | If you did not select a sub folder, you must enter a sub folder name yourself. If the sub folder does not exist, CS-Converter will create it in the TFS.

| 5. | Click OK to set the new project conversion target.

Check the Set changeset timestamp to origin timestamp checkbox if you want keep the origin check-in dates in TFS changesets. This enables you to perform revision retrieval and reports by specifying the original check-in dates. However, when you convert few projects to TFS one after the other, the changeset numbers are not chronological. For example, if project A has been converted to changesets 1 to 1000 and project B has been converted to changesets 1001 to 2000, the date of changeset 1001 may be prior to the date of changeset 1000. Therefore, certain cross-project TFS commands, e.g., reports, may produce incorrect data or not work at all.
Uncheck this option in order to use the current date for changesets. The origin dates are added to the changeset comments.
