Make sure that you belong to one of the users or roles that you have allowed access to, in the CS-Converter Server Security Settings dialog. Refer to Security Settings to learn more about how to use this dialog.
If you have allowed access to your specific username and you still get the error message try appending your username to the server name. For example, change "Jack" to "ServerName\Jack".
Tip: After the server application has been installed, you may use the SERVERSETUPHELPER.EXE file located in the SERVER folder of the installation package to reconfigure the security permissions and test the web service.
