From the Start menu, select Programs | ComponentSoftware | CS Converter | CS Converter

When CS-Converter is run for the first time, the Team Foundation Project Options Dialog is automatically opened and the user must supply the following:
·Team Foundation Server Name - this may be the computer name on a local network, a URL or an IP number. The server is always accessed via the Http or Https protocols to communicate with the CS-Converter web service installed on the server.
·Port number - this is the port number of the TFS site.
·Protocol - the protocol that is used to communicate with the TFS site.

Do the following to configure the client:
1.Enter the Team Foundation Server Name. The Team Project Name field is inactive. You will be prompted for this parameter when mapping origin repositories or projects to TFS projects.
2.Enter the Port number. (Port 8080 is the default in most installations.)
3.Select the correct protocol.
4.Click OK.

If you get any error message, activate the Microsoft Team Explorer and make sure you are able to connect to the TFS server. Then, retry connecting from CS-Converter.
