Visual SourceSafe must be installed on the CS-Converter client workstation. VSS 2005 is recommended.

To add a new repository from which to migrate or editing an existing one, click Repository | Define New...
The Repository properties dialog appears.

To add a new Visual SourceSafe (VSS) repository do the following:

1.

Select the Visual SourceSafe option from the Repository type drop down list.

2.

Enter a unique Repository name.

3.

Click Options to open the VSS Repository options dialog.

4.

Click OK to save your settings.
