The Right-click Menu

When you right-click the root < All Documents > on the left-hand tree, the right-click menu appears. The right-click menu enables you to perform the following:
·Click Define New Repository... to add another source repository you wish to migrate from. Refer to RCS, CVS or Subversion Repository Properties for more details.  
·Click TFS Repository Properties... to edit the Team Foundation properties. Refer to First Activation.  

When you right-click a repository on the left-hand tree, the right-click menu appears. The right-click menu enables you to perform the following:
·Click Define Mapping... to map an origin repository to a destination TFS project. For more help on this subject refer to Destination Mapping.  
·Click Add Project to add a conversion project to the repository. You will be prompted to enter project properties depending on the repository type. Refer to RCS, CVS or Subversion Project Properties for more details.  
·Click Conversion Parameters... to edit the repository conversion parameters. These setting are applied to repository projects as default values. You may customize the conversion parameters for each project individually if required. Refer to Conversion Parameters for further help.  
·Click Repository Properties to edit the repository properties. Refer to RCS, CVS or Subversion Repository Properties for more details.  
·Click Delete Repository to completely remove the repository and all its projects.  

When you right-click a project on the left-hand tree, the right-click menu appears. The right-click menu enables you to perform the following:
·Click Recalculate Status to force the recalculation of the conversion status of all files in the project.  
·Click Convert to TFS to migrate the complete project to the Team Foundation repository. This option is available only after the project has been mapped to a TFS project.  
·Click Fix Conversion to repair a partial conversion, identified by Fix Needed in the Convert Status field.  
·Click Reports... to generate a report of the conversion status. For help with report generation, refer to Using the Report Generator in the Generating Reports section.  
·Click Conversion Parameters... to modify the project conversion parameters. Refer to Conversion Parameters for more help.  
·Click Properties... to edit the settings of the selected project. For information about the project settings, refer to RCS, CVS or Subversion Project Properties.  
·Click Rename... to rename the project.  
·Click Delete... to delete the project.  

When you right-click a file, the right-click menu appears. The right-click menu enables you to perform the following:
·Click Recalculate Status to force the recalculation of the conversion status.  
·Click Origin Revision History to view the history of the document as it appears in the original repository. Refer to Using the Revision Manager Tool.  
·Click Converted Revision History to view the history of the document as it appears in the Team Foundation Repository. Refer to Using the Revision Manager Tool. This option is available only after a successful conversion.  
·Click Convert to TFS to migrate a file to the Team Foundation repository. This option is normally disabled.  
·Click Fix Conversion to repair a partial conversion, identified by Fix Needed in the Convert Status field.  
·Click Sort by to sort the listed files by one of the following categories: Document Name, Type, Folder Name, Convert Status or Details.  
·Click Reverse Order to reverse the order of the listed files.
