You can view, edit or add TFS file links on the CS-Converter Linked Files web page. You may access this page via the administration page described in the Admin Page section.

The CS-Converter Linked Files page consists of 3 parts:

1.Advanced Operations
To export linked files definitions:
1.Click the Export button in the Advanced Linked files definitions section of the page.
2.A file download dialog appears. Click Save and select a location for the linked files definitions XML document.

When importing your own linked files definitions, all previous definitions are lost. Therefore, it is recommended to export the full list and perform the changes to the exported file.

To import linked files definitions:
1.Click the Browse button and locate the required linked files definitions XML document.
2.Click Import to upload and commit the file definitions.
3.If the file was valid and no errors occur you should get a confirmation web-dialog that the import was successful. Click OK, and the linked files list should be refreshed with the new definitions.

2.New shared (linked) file group definition:
In order to create a new linked files group:
1.Enter the file name in the New Shared file textbox (e.g. ReadMe.txt) and click Add File.
2.The Edit Linked Files web-dialog appears with a list of possible matching files in the Unlinked Files list. Files that are already in a linked-files group are not considered as possible matches.
3.Add the required files to the Linked Files list by selecting a file and using the < Add button.
4.Click Save to commit the definition.
For more information about the Edit Linked Files web-dialog, refer to the next section Edit File Links.

3.Examine or edit linked files definitions:
The main list displays all linked files, sorted by the TFS folder. To view, edit and add files to an existing linked files group, click one of the displayed linked files. The Edit Linked Files web-dialog appears. For more information about the Edit Linked Files web-dialog, refer to the next section Edit File Links.
