To open the Configure Hyper-link Reports Dialog, click Configure on the Format section of the Reports Generator dialog.
The Configure Hyper-link Reports dialog box includes the following options:
| · | Check "Link 'Revision Number' column to source files" to link the revision number to the archived revision.

| · | Check "Link 'Check-in Date' column to difference analysis report" to link to a difference analysis report that compares the current revision to the previous revision. (Revision 1.0 will not be linked.)

| · | Check "Link 'Description' column full description" to link to the full description provided when the revision has been checked-in. (Revisions with single-line description will not be linked.)
