RCSBrowser can be accessed in two different methods. Each method supplies a different level of operation and features. The available methods are:
Native CS-RCS Method
You may access CS-RCS Projects over the Internet by using the standard CS-RCS software.
Use this method when traveling with your laptop, as this mode provides all the CS-RCS functionality needed for remote projects.
Internet Browser Method
You may access remote CS-RCS projects by using your Internet browser. You do not have to install client software on the workstation. However, the browser will suggest that you download an ActiveX control.In order to utilize most of the RCSBrowser functionality, you need to confirm the download of this control.
Use this method when using a temporary workstation, e.g. when working from a customer site or from an Internet terminal at the airport or Internet Cafe.
