The following conventions are used in this manual:

Bold - Commands, keywords, and information displayed on the screen.

Italic - References, notes, tips.

UPPER CASE - Specific names of files.

File | Open - From the File menu, select the Open sub-menu.

The terms 'file' and 'document' are used interchangeably throughout this manual.

This manual is divided into sections, chapters, and books. Unless specified, a reference refers to a different section, usually found in a different chapter, but within the same book. For example, when you read the User Guide, you will find the following references: "refer to Using the Document Explorer Tool in CS-RCS Tools", and "refer to Checking-In a New Revision of a File in Single-User Tutorials in Getting Started". CS-RCS Tools is a chapter within the User Guide, while Single-User Tutorials is found in Getting Started.
