Installing CS-RCS for Single Users

CS-RCS can be installed on any Windows workstation with 10 MB of free disk-space. There are no prerequisite software requirements for installing CS-RCS.

To install CS-RCS for a single user:

1.

Download CS-RCS from the ComponentSoftware website at: http://www.ComponentSoftware.com

2.

Extract the ZIP file to a temporary folder.

3.

Double-click SETUP.EXE. If you get any error messages, see the Troubleshooting section of the FAQ.

4.

Click Master Setup.

5.

Click Next twice to confirm the License Agreement and the User Name.

6.

Select Personal.

7.

Click Next.

8.

Follow the instructions.

CS-RCS is installed.

The Single-Users Tutorial shows you how to perform the basic tasks needed to use CS-RCS. We recommend you follow this tutorial from start to finish. The tutorial takes about 10 minutes.
