You may access RCSBrowser projects through your Internet browser by entering the RCSBrowser access URL. Please ask the CS-RCS system administrator for this URL. (The general format is: http://ServerName/VirtualDir/. You may use https if you wish to use secured communication and your server supports the SSL protocol.)

For example, to access the ComponentSoftware RCSBrowser demo projects, type: http://www.ComponentSoftware.com/RCSBrowser/

The RCSBrowser login screen appears:



Type the username and password assigned to you by the CS-RCS system administrator. For Example, to access the ComponentSoftware RCSBrowser demo projects, type guest for both the username and password.

Select Remember my password' if you wish the password to appear automatically next time the page is entered. Do not use this feature if you work from a public workstation.

Press 'Login' to login to the CS-RCS repository.

The first time you access the RCSBrowser, it is recommended to press 'Test Environment' to perform the RCSBrowser self-test. For more information, see Self Test.
