| 1. | Open the Document Explorer (refer to Using the Document Explorer Tool in CS-RCS Tools).

| 2. | From the Milestones menu, click Mark Current.

| The Mark Head Revision dialog box appears:

| · | Symbolic name – Enter a symbolic name. It is recommended that all documents within the project (excluding Deleted files) are marked with the same symbolic name.

| · | Description and comments – Enter a description or comments. This description is used for Modified files which are checked-in by this command before the symbolic name is assigned.
