To open the Users tab:
| 1. | Open the CS-RCS Properties dialog box (refer to Introduction in Customizing CS-RCS).

| 2. | Select the Users tab.

| The Users tab appears:

| · | Click Add to add a new user. See Adding New Users later in this chapter for more information.
|
| · | Click Edit to modify details of an existing user.
|
| · | Click Remove to remove the selected user.
|
| · | Click Test Email to send a test mail to a selected user. This test will diagnose the sending process and notify you if any problems are discovered.
|
| · | Click Security to configure the system security policies. For more information, refer to Configuring the Security Properties.
