| · | Open - If the file is locked by you, the file is opened with the application associated with the Windows Explorer Open command. You may edit the file and save the changes locally. In all other cases, the file is displayed in a web browser window.

| · | RCS Status - Recalculate the status of the selected file. You may use this command in order to save local changes on the server. This enables you to continue working on the changes even if you switch workstations.

| · | Analyze changes - Display a file difference report. This feature is only available for files which have been Modified on the local workstation. For an example, see The File Difference Window.

| · | Check-out Lock the file in order to get an exclusive working copy of the document. Unlock the file in order to enable other users to edit it.

| · | Check-in - Check-in the changes of the selected file. The new revision becomes available to all coworkers.
|
| · | History - View, retrieve and compare the revisions of the selected file. This operation opens the Revision Manager Window. For more information, see The Revision Manager Window later in this chapter.
