How do I move a project repository to another server?

| 1. | Select the project in the Projects tab and click Edit
|
| 2. | Set the project type to Alternate repository. Set the Repository folder parameter to the new server folder. (Do not click OK yet.)

| 3. | Move the current repository folder to the new server folder. (See example below)
|
| 4. | Click OK.
|
| 5. | Click YES when CS-RCS asks for your confirmation to connect to an existing project.

| 6. | Click Open to launch the Document Explorer.
|
| 7. | If you don't see the project files, execute Project | Scan new files in the Document Explorer.

| 1. | Set the Repository folder parameter to \\NewServer\RCS\Project1
|
| 2. | Move <Repository Root>\C\Project1 to \\NewServer\RCS\Project1 (For an explanation on the repository structure, see the Installation section of the FAQ.).
