If you wish to move the project work folders, please see the next FAQ.
To move a project repository to another server, please follow these steps:

1.Select the project in the Projects tab and click Edit…
2.Set the project type to Alternate repository. Set the Repository folder parameter to the new server folder. (Do not click OK yet.)
3.Move the current repository folder to the new server folder. (See example below)
4.Click OK.
5.Click YES when CS-RCS asks for your confirmation to connect to an existing project.
6.Click Open to launch the Document Explorer.
7.If you don't see the project files, execute Project | Scan new files in the Document Explorer.

For example, if you wish to move a central-repository project with work-folder C:\Project1 to \\NewServer\RCS\Project1 then:

1.Set the Repository folder parameter to \\NewServer\RCS\Project1
2.Move <Repository Root>\C\Project1 to \\NewServer\RCS\Project1 (For an explanation on the repository structure, see the Installation section of the FAQ.).

Note:
If you wish to move the complete repository, please see the Repository administration section of the FAQ.
