Change Explorer - By Change

The ComponentSoftware Change Explorer - By Change, lists all changes made between the two milestones.
With this mode you can know what changes have been made between the two milestones. The Change Explorer - By Change mode displays the following properties:

 
 
 
·ID – Sequential number given to every change. This number is useful to synchronize to the full details mode.  
·Change Title – First line of the change description.  
·State – The workflow state of all the documents (of the specified version) involved with the change. Note: An Undetermined state indicates that the versions of the involved documents have inconsistent states. To see all the documents, switch to the Details mode.  
·Date - Date of the change.  
·Author - The user that checked-in this change.  
·Documents – The documents involved with the change. All documents checked-in together are grouped to a single change.  

The Right-click menu enables you to perform the following:
·Click Analyze to compare revisions of the files which are included in the selected changes.  
·Click Edit Description to edit the Change title of a selected change.  
·Click Set State to set the workflow state of the versions of the documents involved in the selected change. For more information, refer to Applying States.  
·Click Promote to increment the workflow state of the versions of the documents involved in the selected change.  
·Click Demote to decrement the workflow state of the versions of the documents involved in the selected change.  
·Click Undo to undo the selected change.(refer to Undoing and Redoing Changes)  
·Click Redo to redo the selected undone change.(refer to Undoing and Redoing Changes)  
·Click Sort By to sort the entries according to one of the column entries.  
·Click Reverse Order to reverse the sorting order.
