| · | Click Status to evaluate the RCS status of documents in the current project.

| · | Click Scan New Files to scan the RCS Repository for new documents in the current project.
|
| · | Click Update to update your working directory to the latest revision of the RCS Repository.

| · | Click Check-out to check-out all documents within the current project. Use this command to check-out the latest revision of the RCS Repository to your working directory. For more details on the Check-out Dialog, refer to Checking-out Files Using the Document Explorer Tool in the CS-RCS Tools in the User Guide.

| Note: Unlike Update, the Check-out command gives you the option to change the lock state of the files and can be used to revert modified files to their previous revision.

| · | Click Check-in to check-in all modified documents within the current project.

| · | Click Properties to edit the settings of the current project. Refer to Editing the Project Properties in Configuring Projects in the User Guide for more details.

| · | Click Workstation Properties to define the settings for the current project on your specific workstation. Refer to Customizing Projects on a Local Workstation in Configuring Projects in the User Guide for more details.

| · | Click Create Shortcut to create a Windows Desktop shortcut for the current project and its sub-projects.
