CS-RCS Interface for Borland Delphi (all

Description: D3RCS adds support for CS-RCS to Borland Delphi. With D3RCS, the version control commands for CS-RCS can be accessed from the Tools menu in Delphi (Check in, Check out, RCS History, RCS Status). This makes the usage of CS-RCS faster and easier. D3RCS also knows which *.dfm and *.res files belong to your *.pas and *.dpr files, and processes them with the same command.
New features: 'Open Project Folder' and 'Mark
Revision' commandsn and works on whole project groups instead of single
projects.

General Notes:
- Regarding dfm file:
CS-RCS archives dfm files as binary files. However, you may define
CSDiff as the custom comparison tool and use it to analyze revision
changes to this type of file.
