The shadow folder is updated whenever any user checks-in a new revision to the repository. However, sometimes the shadow is not updated due to temporary access problems. You may run the Project | Update command to update the shadow folder with the latest revision in the repository. You may also run the Update command-line periodically to ensure the shadow folders are up-to-date.
