If you defined local project settings on your workstation, you may restore it by:
1.
Open the Project Library.
2.
Select the desired project.
3.
Click Workstation
4.
Switch to the Advanced tab
5.
Click Inherit All
If you need to perform this operation on many projects, you may force projects to use the global settings of the projects as defined by the administrator, by doing the following:
In the C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\ComponentSoftware\CS-RCS tree on the local workstation you might find directories with the names of your top-level project and its subproject. Go to each of these folders and remove the file called prjprm.stp (if it exists).
