| 1. | Ok - The system is working correctly.

| 2. | Warning - There is a problem but the system can still function.

| · | Subscription to Checkin Events - Status of the subscription (using the Microsoft BisSubscribe tool found on TFS servers) to TFS checkin events.
|
| · | DB Event Notify Service - Indication of whether or not the application responsible for Database notifications is running. This process is necessary for the correct operation of TFSLinks.

| · | TFSLinks Status - Status of the linked documents, indicating if any errors have occurred. Click View Error Log to view the log in your browser or Clear Error Log to delete the log.

| · | TFSLinks Log - A log of all actions performed by TFSLinks. Click View Log to view the log in your browser or Clear Log to delete the log.

| · | License - Information regarding evaluation period or registration status of the product. The action column of this field is used to register the product. Use the Browse button to locate the registration key file on your computer and click Register to upload the selected file perform the registration. If your license is for a limited number of users and you do not want all TFS users to use this product, you may select the Limited mode instead of the default Standard mode. When you select the limited mode, you will be prompted to Select Users from a list of TFS users. You may edit this list at any time by clicking the Edit Defined Users button. Note that when in the limited mode, any changes (checkin) performed to a linked file by undefined users will not be propagated to the rest of the linked files.

| · | TFSLinks Automatic Locks - When a user locks one file defined as linked, TFSLinks automatically locks the rest of the linked files. It is highly recommended to leave this feature enabled as it helps prevent possible conflicts. Disabling this feature prevents the automatic locking by TFSLinks and releases any previous locks.

| · | Click Edit TFSLinks Files to open the TFSLinks Files page to configure the links between shared files. See the Linked (Shared) Files Setup section for more information regarding this page.
