| · | User Name - CS-RCS uses the Windows login name. However, blanks and other special characters are replaced by an underscore.

| · | Enable Internet access - Enable user to access the CS-RCS repository over the Internet by using the RCSBrowser add-on.

| · | Password - User password for accessing CS-RCS using the RCSBrowser.
|
| · | External User - Select this option to define a user from a different CS-RCS site. This allows you to share projects with another CS-RCS site.

| · | Site Number - When defining external users, you must specify their CS-RCS site number.
|
| · | Full Name - Users full name. This value is used as 'sender' in email notifications. If no full name is entered, the users username will be used. (Optional)
|
| · | Email - User's email address. This value is required for receiving email notifications.
|
| · | Phone - User's phone number. (Optional)
|
| · | Description - Additional comments regarding the user. (Optional)
