When comparing revisions which contain many changes, it may be useful to focus only on selected changes or even ignore specific changes, e.g., changes in word spacing. Various options are available for this purpose in the Diff Options dialog.
To enter the CSDiff Options dialog:
In the CSDiff window, select Options from the Format menu.

Click the Options button on the toolbar.
