How to Generate a Revision History Report

| 1. | Open the Document Explorer (refer to Using the Document Explorer Tool in CS-RCS Tools).

| 2. | Switch to any project by selecting it from the Project drop-down list.

| From the Project menu, click Set Active Project.
|
| Select the desired project.
|
| Click OK.
|
| The project and all of its files are displayed.
|
| 3. | Right-click on any file.
|
| The right-click menu appears.
|
| 4. | From the right-click menu, select Revision History.
|
| The Revision Manager dialog box appears. For information about the Revision Manager dialog box, refer to Using the Revision Manager Tool in CS-RCS Tools.

| 5. | From the Revision Manager dialog box, click Report.
|
| The Report Generator appears.
|

|
