File Extensions Report - Introduction

The File Extensions Report is used to display the file types handled by CS-RCS and the tools assigned to each type.

The File Extensions Report can display the following fields for each file extension:
·Extension Name - The name of the extension.  
·Extension Type - The type of the extension  
·View Tool - The tool used to display RCS revisions.  
·Diff Tool - The tool used to graphically analyze the differences between revisions.  
·Merge Tool - The tool used to analyze revision merge graphically.
