How to Generate a Milestone Report

To generate a Milestone Report:

1.

Open the Document Explorer (refer to Using the Document Explorer Tool in CS-RCS Tools).

2.

Switch to any project by selecting it from the Project drop-down list.

OR

From the Project menu, click Set Active Project.

Select the desired project.

Click OK.

The project and all of its files are displayed.

3.

From the Milestones menu, click Library. The Milestone Library appears listing all the milestones which you set and general information about them. For information on the Milestone Library, refer to Using the Milestone Library in Working with Project Milestones.

4.

From the Milestone Library, select the desired milestone.

5.

From the Milestone action drop-down list, select Generate report.

6.

Click Go!.

The Report Generator appears.
