·Click Open to open the document with the application associated with the Windows Explorer Open command.
·Click View to view the document head revision with the CS-RCS associated viewer set in the File Types tab of the Properties dialog box. By default, this invokes the View Revision dialog which enables viewing of a document by either using user-selected applications or annotating sections by author, date and revision number. For more information, refer to View Revision Dialog.
Note: When a document is double-clicked, the Open command is executed if the file is editable. If not, the View command is executed.
·Click RCS Status to recalculate the status of the selected file.
·Click Check-out to get the head revision of the selected file. In a workgroup environment, using this command also locks/unlocks the file.

·Click Revision History to view, retrieve, and compare the revisions of the selected file.
·Click Delete to delete the selected file.

This command also scans the work folders and suggests adding new files to the Repository. (Tip: You may use the File Types tab of the Properties to exclude certain file type, for example OBJ files.)
·Click Retrieve Revision to retrieve a specific revision of selected folder. See Retrieve Revision Dialog later in this chapter for more information.
