Email Notification is not working. Why?

| 1. | Open the CS-RCS Properties.

| 2. | Switch to the Advanced tab.
|
| 3. | Make sure the SMTP Server is defined correctly. Leave this field empty if you want to use ComponentSoftware mail server.

| 4. | If you changed the SMTP Server settings, click OK to save the changes.
|
| 5. | Switch to the Users tab.
|
| 6. | Select your user name.
|
| 7. | Click Test Email
|
| 8. | If you get any error message, fix it and re-try.
|
| 9. | Use your email program to verify that you received the test message.
|
| 10. | Select a coworker user name.
|
| 11. | Click Test Email
|
| 12. | If you get any error message, fix it and re-try.
|
| 13. | Ask your coworker to verify that he received the test message.
