In CS-RCS Pro, you can use the project's Shadow folder option to constantly update the public folder.
Alternatively, you may use the Retrieve Revision command from the GUI or from the command-line. For example:
csrcs.exe retrieve /p"Project1" /a\\PublicServer\project1
