| · | Click Scan to search the files of the project in the original repository for usernames. Prior to scanning, select the number of files you wish to scan. Note that the time to scan the files is directly proportional to the number of files indicated. This action will add names to the Original name column.

| · | Click Refresh TFS usernames list if you think that a TFS username is missing when trying to map usernames. This action will get an updated list of all the users currently listed in the TFS.

| · | Click Options... to set a default action when an unmapped username is found during a conversion. You may select one of the following:
|
| 1. | Use current username - automatically maps the unmapped original repository username to the current TFS username.
|
| 2. | Prompt for user mapping - the conversion process is paused and the user is prompted to resolve the issue, after which the conversion is resumed. This is the default setting.
|
| 3. | Use the following username - automatically maps the unmapped original repository username to the TFS username indicated in the list box.
|
| · | Click Edit... to change the TFS username currently associated with the original username of the selected row.
|
| · | Click Add... to map a new Original name not already in the name map table, to a TFS name.
|
| · | Click Remove to delete a row from the name pair table.
|
| · | Uncheck Enforce one to one mapping to enable multiple Original names to be mapped to the same TFS username. Use this feature if a user has several names on different origin projects, or if you wish to map retired users to a single TFS user.
