To enable distributed computing, CS-RCS always stores internal times in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated, also called GMT - Greenwich Mean Time). CS-RCS uses the Windows settings to convert the current time to UTC, or UTC to the current time. To verify your Windows time settings, double-click the taskbar clock.
