We want to isolate our departments. Where should I put the CS-RCS Central Repository?

Run Master setup at every department selecting a unique department folder or server as the Repository root. You may use the same CS-RCS key for all departments, or, purchase a separated license for every department. All the department's internal projects are stored in this central repository. To access a shared project:

1.

Ask the CS-RCS administrator to create a security group in the project and add your username to the group.

2.

Create an Alternate repository project specifying the network path of the project as the Repository folder.
