Why do I get a "Missing DLL" error message when I try to install CS-RCS?

CS-RCS uses a few general system libraries (DLLs). These DLLs already exist in most versions of Windows. According to the Windows guidelines, an application may install or upgrade a system DLL to the up-to-date version.

To install these DLLs on your system:

1.

Double-click TESTENV.EXE (This application is supplied with CS-RCS.)

2.

When prompted, confirm that you wish to download the DLLs from ComponentSoftware website.

3.

Double-click SETUP.EXE

1.

Download the DLLs from http://www.componentsoftware.com/ftp/mslibs.zip

2.

Extract the ZIP file to the folder contains SETUP.EXE.

3.

Double-click SETUP.EXE
