Why do I get a warning that the CS-RCS macro signing cannot be verified?
Top  Previous  Next

The CS-RCS MS-Office integration macro files are digitally signed. This authenticates the macros source and avoids virus spreading by unauthorized developers. The digital signature must be verified by the root authority.

To install the root authority on your computer, please follow these steps:
Important: The steps below must be repeated for each of the links below and in the order as they appear.

1.) Click on link, select open
2.) Click on "Install certificate
3.) Press 'OK' to all default settings

http://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/Root.crt
http://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/PrimObject.crt
http://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/ObjectSign.crt

Note: Alternatively, you may lower the macro security level temporarily and accept ComponentSoftware as a valid provider. Than, you may set the macro security level as desired.
